Our products are designed and implemented in strict accordance with the standard Zigbee 3.0 protocol.It has been successfully tested on Zigbee2Mqtt, ZHA, Alexa, and Yandex Alice.If you are using a third-party gateway, please ensure that your gateway supports the standard Zigbee 3.0 protocol.We have found that EWelink or SONOFF gateways do not support the standard Zigbee 3.0 protocol. If you are using their gateways, please contact them to support the standard Zigbee 3.0 protocol.
